Order still not shipped?

Hey,

I placed an order on November 24th. The order mentions that it will be Standard three-day shipping, so I expected the order to have a tracking number after three working days. However, even now the order is still "in progress" and doesn't appear to have been shipped. Has the order been forgotten?
