Order still “in progress” what’s going on??

I placed an order on April 21 and another one on April 23 and the estimated deliveries are May 1 and May 12 but they’re still “in progress”. I understand that due to the circumstances shipments will beslower; but it’s been over a week now with no movement and I’m wondering what’s going on because I still haven’t been charged? (I placed another large order at the beginning of the VIB rouge sale and got it within a few days!!) Help??

I have the same issue, was supposed to arrive today (May 1st) but still hasn't shipped. I'm done with this company.

Neither of my orders have shipped yet either and nor have I been charged for them..

Due to safeguards in place to protect our distribution center employees, we are experiencing significant delays. You can view the expected delivery date and track your order on Sephora.com and in the Sephora app.  Please allow a few additional days from the posted delivery date to allow for processing and carrier delays.  You will receive an email if the delivery date is updated, as well as email confirmation once your order ships. We appreciate your understanding.

I understand, but I am wondering why I have not yet been charged for the two orders?
