Order still hasn't shipped

I placed an order on Oct 14th and it is the afternoon of the 17th. My order status has been in progress. I have had much larger orders on 'insider' status and gotten them faster than this. I'm wondering what's going on, because none of my earlier purchases took this long to ship. That free 2 day shipping on 'rouge' status is not much benefit when the order hasn't shipped after 3 business days.
