Order still hasn't shipped

I placed my order on Sunday, November 5, and it said it would ship in 1-3 days and be here by Friday. I've been checking on the website with the tracking information I received in an email but it says my order is still pending. I was hoping the package would be here by Friday or Saturday at the latest.
