Order still In Progress- item now sold out online.

I placed on order on Friday for the Laniege Eye Gel Cream. I am a Rouge, and it is still not shipped but now the item is sold out online. So it’s been 4+ days, am I not even going to be receiving this?

Same thing happened to me! I ordered a Becca foundation on Wednesday (the 15th) and it's also been marked as "In progress" ever since (the product in the shade I ordered has also since been marked as out of stock)... The worst part is I would've wanted to change the shade I ordered lol!

The money has also been debited from my account... Help!

I have the same problem! I ordered something on Friday and it still says that it's pending! But It also says that it's now out of stock ?

I didn't order that but my order says still in progress too😭and I order Friday right at 12am

I have a stuck item too. The rest of my order shipped and just got here but the last part is still in process since Friday. Kicker, it's been in stock the whole time. Gonna give them a few more days then call bc while I do want it I dnw to wait weeks for it to ship and have to watch my account. I hope your stuff ships soon. I know they're busy but even if they would just update it would help.
