Order status

One of the items in my order became out of stock and I️ am not sure if that’s why my order has not shipped yet but I️ have the 2 day flash shipping and the products were ordered November 4. Can’t the remaining in-stock products be sent until the out of stock issue is cleared up?

I'm so sorry for any confusion! There is a delay affecting your order however it is not related to items going out of stock. Additionally, I can confirm that no items have been removed from your order and you will receive an email notification if this happens.
