Order status: pending

Hello, I placed an order on 10/09 and the status is still on pending. There is no further update. I am traveling on coming Tuesday and I want to travel with the stuff. Could you please look into this matter and ship it asap. I am freaking out. This was my first online order and so disappointed with your service.
