Order status / forgot to add 3 free samples

I just made a purchase order # XXXXXXX

i forgot to add the 3free samples. Is it possible to add them before it's shipped out? I would like the following samples #1982222 # 1647130 # 1845940

The last thing I wanted to address is when I made this purchase, it did not say that it is out of stock. After the the purchase I went to check on the order and it stated that it is out of stock. I want to how that will effect my purchase since I really want this item. I am aware that it is in stock in stores. I wanted to purchase it online to take advantage of the free samples because they are not available in stores.
