Order status: Unsuccessful Authorization

Hi, i ordered 2 days ago and noticed that my order status says "unsuccessful transaction. Is it because I'm ordering from overseas? My shipping address is to a third party delivery service. Now I'm not sure if my card is being charged and there is no email notification about this until I checked back into Sephora account. I expect Sephora ecommerce to have this small matter covered. 

 

I do not want to miss out on certain items in my cart and appreciate for the notification. I just re-ordered with another card. I hope I won't be receiving 2 charges...
