Order sitting in Processing

hello,

this is an all too familiar scenario.... I have placed three orders over the last two weeks, no problems, great products. Placed an order three days ago, order and it is sitting in the processing state and I am sure in a day it will just show up as cancelled. Did not get an update through my app that my order was received, can you please let me know what is happening and when this will ship? Is my account "locked" again, like I was told when this happened a few months back? So inconvenient....
