Order ‘shipped’

I placed and order and it says that it shipped but I have not received it yet. Will it say arrived when it comes or should I contact Sephora?

Hi @Avaitors! If you order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information soon! You can also log in to your account and view your tracking under the "Orders" tab.  If you need help locating that information, please let me know and I can send you a private message to help.
