Order shipped to old address

I placed an order recently and the website somehow pulled my old address and shipped it there. I’m really stressing about this, I honestly can’t afford to replace it anytime soon. I’ve tried the 877 number but haven’t had much luck reaching a representative. Someone please help 😞

Hi @Dani418- I'm sorry to hear that! Since we cannot change the shipping addresses of orders after they are placed, we will need to try and have the order cancelled before it ships. Please send me a PM with your order number so I can do that for you!
