Order "in progress"

Hi, I ordered 10/15 and my order is still "in progress," and hasn't shipped yet, these items were for a gift and I needed them to arrive before this weekend, my past orders have all arrived much quicker! If I had known it would take so long to even ship I would have just gone to the store and bought the products. I am wondering if there's any kind of ETA or if I can cancel my order and just go to the store. I emailed but nobody has gotten back to me which is also frustrating! My order # is .
