Order "In Progress"

Hello, this is my first time ordering from Sephora, It's been a whole day but my order status is still "In Progress". Is there a guarantee that my order won't be cancelled? And if it will be canceled by Sephora will I get my money back?

Hi @Anonymous In progress means that your order is currently processing. Depending on the shipping method you chose it can take a few business days to process and ship your order. We do not charge you until the order ships, so if your order would need to be cancelled for any reason, the pending authorization would be released.
