I ordered on 15 November and my order is still pending! When will it be shipped and how long will it take to get delivered. I’m moving to another place next month

I've had an order pending since the 10th. Would absolutely love to know what's going on. as far as what to do, I'd recommend forwarding the mail and contacting Sephora customer service to see if they can change the address.
