Order pending

I made a purchase on 12/05/17 and it's currently 12/07/17. I have Rouge so I thought I'd have my order after 3 days but it still shows pending. My card has already been charged but I still don't know when my order will be processed and shipped. 

 

Any assistance regarding this would be great, thanks.
