Order pending

i placed an order this morning 

. but the status still says pending and some of the things orderes are now becoming out of stock

what exactly does pending mean has my order been confirmed or not cause i need these things and i dont want to hear in a week the products youbselected are out of stock 

 

can you help

Hi! I’ve been experiencing a similar situation! My order has been pending for nine days now!! I really needed it to arrive until tomorrow but I guess is not happening... I tried to email sephora but had no reply! How can I know when I’ll receive my order??  When I’ll be able to track it?

Hi! I had a similar situation last week. I placed an order and didn't receive confirmation that it had been received until a day later with items that I ordered showing an out of stock status. So I expected half my order to be cancelled but that wasn't the case and I received everything. After contacting Customer Service I was told: Orders placed on Sephora.com take approximately 1 business day to process before they are shipped. Orders must be placed by 12 noon EasternStandard Time (EST) to begin processing on the same business day. I know it's hard to wait but sometimes it may take some time to find out what's really going on with an order. I hope you get your items!

Thanks for the info! I placed an order on 9/18/17 3am EST w/ 1 day shipping and I haven't been assigned a tracking number, I'm beyond livid at this point.
