Order partially shipped and items in progress?

I have FLASH 2 day shipping and I placed an order and only one thing "partially shipped" and the other items are still "In progress." Does this mean they're going to be cancelled? According to the website (ha) they're still in stock right now

Orders can be split into separate shipments if all of the products are not available at the same distribution center. We do this to ensure that you're able to receive your products, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. You'll receive a notification via email once the second part of the order ships. I hope this clarifies!
