Order number XXXXXXXXXXX

I placed my order at 12:41 PM on 13/03/2018 and as it is before 3PM and i have 2 day flash sipping it should arrive to me on 14/03 right and they count 13/03 as a whole day or even though it is supposed to ship on the same day 13/03 is not counted as a day?
