Order not receiver

I ordered a package on July 27 so excited to see my products, they were supposed to get delivered today. I saw the tracking email showing it has been delivered. Went outside and could not find my parcel. I told sephora that I did not receive my parcel and they told me they cannot refund or replace my products because system denied. I was chatting with an agent so respectfully and told her what can I do now? Why is this happening to me 😞 


Asked her if she can connect me with a supervisor, she transferred my chat to someone else. She was a decent girl who gave me an email for reaching out sephora but this is messed up. If someone has not receive their products you cannot keep the money or deny to replace the products. Totally disgusting. I never bought online just because I did not have enough time to go this week and have a flight next week, I thought this will be great but now I lost 350$ wow!
