Order not received

Hello Sephora Team,

 

I am a long-time customer, and this is the first time I have experienced such an issue. My recent order (Order ID: --- ) is showing as delivered, but I have not received it yet.

 

Could you please help me investigate this and confirm the status of my order?

@JashikaRani, I'm sorry to hear this! It looks like your private messages are turned off, and you can adjust your preferences in your Community settings (on the browser only, not the app).
