Order not received

I placed an order on 10th November with 3 day shipping option and haven't received my order as yet though status of the order shows "Delivered". I have already followed on online form but haven't received any response as yet. I am travelling out overseas this week and need action urgently.

I have been in touch with customer support everyday over the phone for more than 10 days now and my delivery issue is getting messier. As advised multiple times, I had to travel overseas and no one will be at home to collect replacement parcel and customer support confirmed order will be cancelled. I need order cancelled urgently. can you confirm what is the situation?
