Order not received, weird reaction

Hi,

I ordered a perfume from Sephora.

i was expecting the order to arrive yesterday, no notification. i went to the website to verify and SURPRISE, order already delivered, no one ringed at my place and I was there for the whole day.

I contacted Sephora by chat, they told that they are unable to reship since the adresse i gave is a reship adresse, I confirmed that it’s my house and I live there, they didn’t seem to understand.

Can I talk to a human who understands? That’s a pretty awfull customer service.
