Order not received; no refund given

I just moved and couldn’t get to a store as it is my birthday. I got treated to A Sephora shopping spree which we did through same-day delivery. My order was denied a refund due to Doordash submitting a photo, despite me being home all day. The agents were extra disgusting to me and talked to me poorly. This was my first ever order and will be my last. 
Update: one agent told me they were processing a refund and then hung up when I asked when I would receive an email confirmation. I called back and was completely humiliated and treated like crap. I ended up crying on the phone. 
update 2: agent told me refund was being declined due to “business decision” but then someone pms me saying the refund is under review and I am to wait 48 hours. I have never had such a poor experience and oh yeah! It’s my birthday. This order was my bday splurge for myself. I have been crying on several calls trying to get a reshipment or refund for the past 2 hours
