Order not Shipped

Hello, 

 

I placed an order on December 7th. As of posting this, I still have not received an email that my order has been shipped. It still shows pending. 

Also, I noticed that the item I purchased is now showing out of stock. Originally the item was out of stock, but I signed up for an email notification for when it was in stock. On that day, I got an email saying it was back in stock, so that was when I quickly ordered it. 

I used my $15 off, but today is the last day. I know and understand there are shipping delays, and a lot of orders being processed, but I am concerned that I will not get my item and also lose my $15 off. 

 

Please look into this. Any help is greatly appreciated.
