Order no. XXXXXXXXXX

I placed the order this morning with YSL lipstick bundle from reward bazaar. But I received the email notification that YSL lipstick and promo item were cancelled due to out of stock. At that time, YSL lipstick was still available to claim at bazaar. So, I called to customer service and asked her why my item was cancelled and told her if I can’t claim the reward item, I want to cancel my order. But she helped me to resolve the issue and told me that both promo item and YSL lipstick will be in my order. However I just received email notification for my shipment not include both promo item and YSL lipsticks. So I would like to know whether I receive or not for YSL lipsticks. P.S YSL lipsticks item is still available to claim. Please cancel my order if I don’t receive that YSL lipsticks. That lipsticks item is the reason I placed my order today. Are these popular items from Reward Bazaar just attracting to customer like me to buy something at that time? I always got cancelled items after confirmed the claim. Need HELP with my order. Thank you.
