Order marked delivered but not received – no resolution after multiple contacts

Hi,

I placed an order on April 10 that was marked as delivered, but I never received it. The package was left outside the building entrance instead of being delivered to my apartment, and no attempt was made to contact me (no call or doorbell), even though I was home.

The delivery photo only shows the building entrance, not my unit, confirming it was not delivered to me directly.

I have already contacted customer support multiple times and even spoke with a supervisor, but no proper resolution was provided. I also have screenshots of these conversations.

At this point, I expect either the goods I paid for or a full refund.

If this issue is not resolved, I will have no choice but to take my business elsewhere to a company that values customer service.

I would appreciate this being reviewed and escalated by a moderator.
