Order lost

Hello, I would like to share my terrible experience working with FleetOptics. I've been ordering from Sephora multiple times and never had an issue. They would always leave a package by the door or in a community mail box. Last time I ordered delivery I got a call from a delivery man who asked me to come downstairs and open the door for him at 11 am!!! Obviously, I am not sitting at home and waiting for him to arrive, so I just told him to ask security to let him in. He said there was nobody at security post, so I suggested that he waits for a few minutes because its a very busy condo and a lot of people come and go. He said he is not going to wait and he'll come back tomorrow and hung up on me!!!!! Not even letting me tell him that tomorrow I won't be home either. Luckily, I had a day off coming up so met with the guy, eventually. I thought that it's a one time mistake and went ahead and ordered another delivery. Now, it's already been past my delivery date and the tracking system does not show any delivery date at all. I don't even know if I am going to receive a package or not. Horrible experience.
