Order is still processing after 5 days

Is anyone else's order taking a long time to process? I placed an order on Nov. 10 and today on the 15th it's still processing 😞 I know Sephora is backed up on shipping due to high demand but does anyone know when the processing is going to be done?

I placed an order 11/26 and same thing.  3 weeks to get an order is pretty ridiculous.  Everyone else is shipping quickly like JC Penny and Kohls.
