Order is still pending

My order from the 15th October is still pending... I was told by the Beauty Advisor in Online chat that the order is going to be shipped this Monday at latest. Still didn't receive any info upon shipping... I want to give the palette I ordered for my closest friend who's going to chemotherapy, and you, Sephora, are ruining everything... I've even payed for faster shipping, when i aready had the free one....
