Order inquiry

Hello, First off, i️’ waited three weeks for my order to SIHIP to me, which is ridiculous. Secondly, you guys ommited to send me my the laura mercies setting powder and cancelled it from my order, claiming it was out of stock when 1. when i️’ ordered it was NOT out of stock and 2. I️ went on the website and it is NOT listed as out of stock either. I️ would like to know why you omitted this from my order and if I️ could get it sent to me because i️ was charged!! Really upset you are a huge company you need to manage shipping better than this.
