Order incomplete

Hello,

I placed an online order from Sephora and I got it delivered to the Uk, so as you will know it was really expensive and I was really disappointed to see today, when the box came to my door, that 2 items were missing from the order which has already been paid for. How can it be solved?

Hi, sorry to hear that..no,I had nothing from besame..it was a bundle from first aid beauty and a kat von d brightening powder.
