Order “in progress”

Hello,

Yesterday I made a purchase with the 3 day regular shipping, considering I’m going away on Thursday (01/04) and I have no clarity of what’s the status of my order. It only says “in progress” since the moment I made the purchase. 

Is it going to take 3 days or noT?

Processing time is completely different from shipping time. Once the order has processed and they send you an email that your order is shipped in a normal case you should get your order in 3 days. I placed 2 orders on Wednesday and my estimated delivery date is the 5th January.. Also got part of my promos cancelled so it's all a gamble around sales.

You should most definitely black out your address. This is a public platform. You’re phone number is visible too.
