Order in progress?

I placed a >$50 order on September 11 and as of September 14 it's still pending despite being 3 day shipping? There's no huge rush or anything but I was really excited to try some new stuff, haha. Is this kind of delay normal or is something wrong with my order?

Same here! I placed an order on the 12th. To this day it still says order in progress. Sometimes my order would ship out the very same day. Now I'll have to wait till next week to receive my package it seems. It kind of sucks. 😞
