Order in Progress but Out of Stock

Hi, I have a quick question. Like many others, I successfully placed my order last night from the website; however, when I went back to check this morning I noticed that my order is currently out of stock on select items. There is already a pending charge on my credit card, does this mean the order has been successfully processed and I will get my items? Or is there a chance for my orders to be canceled? Is there any way to check?
