Order in Progress; Out of Stock

Hi, my question is that I ordered some items online and they went through. My order says pending. But one of the items (Stila Eyeshadow Set) that is still pending says out of stock. Does this mean I won't be able to recieve it?? It was meant for a gift for my friend. And the whole process of buying it went well, but I hate to see it out of stock. Can I change the item or will it be refunded?

If you were able to successfully place your order while the items were in stock, then they are reserved for your order. If for any reason a modification does need to be made to your order, you will not be charged and you will be notified. Thank you!

You might get refunded because it went out of stock before your order. It takes a few days for them to send u an email. I think the same thing happened to me.

Very frustrating, but I understand this time of year is hectic. I also received an email that a lipstick I ordered went out of stock. The email was sent about a week after I ordered and I was refunded.

 

I also havent been receiving the samples.  All the samples said shipped online but I did not receive them in the mail.

 

Now I have another order and it's been processing for 5 days and all of the samples say out of stock so I doubt I will get them. One of the rewards I picked is also out of stock.
