Order hasn't shipped

I placed 3 separate orders 4 days ago. Two of them have shipped but the last one hasn't. If there's a problem with my order I would like to know.

Also the order I received last week did not have any free samples. Disappointing! And my email address on file is wrong and I don't know how to change it.
