Order has not shipped after 4 days.

I ordered my products Sunday, March 4th. It is now Thursday March 8th and although the payment cleared no problem, its still showing the package has not been prepared or sent to Canada Post yet. Ususally with my previous Sephora orders the items arrive at my door within the week. Is there an issue with the items I ordered that could possibly be delaying this?
