Order has been pending for days?

I’m really frustrated I made 2 orders on the 10th and had one canceled and the second has been pending since. I’m beyond annoyed and really am getting irritated by the customer service I’m rouge and have been since the program started. The samples NEVER being right customer service and cast are rude, I feel like rouge benefits are more than a tad off. Can someone please please help?
