Order failed but my account was charged.

I tried to place an order today twice and it failed both times. I went to check if i had the money, and it did take the charge from my paypal, but the order does not exist. i have no way of knowing what’s going on and it’s impossible to get a hold of anyone at either sephora or paypal.
