Order didn’t go through, Gift card charged

I used my gift card today, the order didn’t go through, but still, the payment got deducted from my card. How can I get my money back? I was told it would get back within 24 hours it’s been more than 24 hours now. Please advise how to get refund. Thanks

@Mano000 Oh no! It looks like your private messages are turned off. You can adjust your preferences in your Community settings (on the browser only, not the app). Please send me a private message with your registered email address and gift card number so I can take a look.
