Order did not ship

I ordered something on Sunday and it still has not shipped. When I try to track it it says unsuccessful authorization (although my order was succesful) but it is the same information that I always use to shop at sephora and there are sufficient funds in my bank account. I shop online from sephora several times each month and never have a problem. How can I receive the things that I ordered? Do I need to place the order again
