Order cancelled

I cancelled an order to add my two free items and use my points. It was an order using the frangrance20 code. I still wanted that order and when I retried to order it with those items it said my code was already used when it hasn't! I really need that item it's a Christmas gift and birthday gift to someone selfless and deserving of an expensive nice popular cologne. Please help me! The code is supposed to cancel tonight ! I need that order to go through even if I don't get to add the items or points . I still want the code I was able to use and the cologne.
