Order cancelled

Hi, I placed an order and paid by PayPal, I was charged for the order but then Sephora cancelled it. Its been weeks and the authorization says that it is still in progress. I talked to payapal customer service and they said that you need to cancel the order so the authorization cancels and I get my money back. 

the order number is --
