Order cancelled without notification

I placed an order Tuesday [2 days ago] and logged in today to check the shipping status, to find that my "Decorate With Light" sample bag was cancelled. I'm extremely disappointed because I purposefully filled my cart with enough items to specifically  qualify for that sample bag, and then I find it is cancelled without receiving any notification. It was listed as "IN-STOCK" when I checked out. Am I seeing this cancellation status in error?

I'm having this same peoblem.. bought extra items I didn'...

I'm having this same peoblem.. bought extra items I didn't really need to qualify for the "find your chill" sample bag. Got a confirmation on my order and everything, then as soon as I get a shipping confirmation I'm told it was cancelled and taken off my order. Very dissapointed.
