Order cancelled twice?!

Normally I'm not one to post or complain, but as an extremely loyal customer (I'm very close to hitting rouge for another year and it's only january). I ordered the Ceramidin Body Oil from the weekly wow last week. The product was listed as in stock online all weekend (I was waiting to hear from my mom if she wanted one, so I kept checking) and then my order was cancelled on Monday. Yesterday, the oil was listed as back in stock, so I placed an order again. It was cancelled again. I can't believe that your inventory system is that inaccurate. 

 

I want to be clear that I am not mad that a special sale item sold out. I am mad (or more frustrated) that the product was labeled in stock for several days after my initial order before it was cancelled. And that it became available again so I ordered it and my order was cancelled again. I sincerely hope someone on your fulfillment side sees this, because the website should reflect actual stock. And if the product became available again, the original orders shouldn't have been cancelled.

And worse yet, other customers are getting help here today and I am not. The inventory issue needs to be fixed because it is definitely not ok to be cancelled on TWICE for the same product when it was listed as in stock both times.
