Order cancelled - "unable to confirm your payment information"

Hi,

My order was actually placed over the phone with a Sephora agent and was assured my order would be successful since she did the verification but still it got cancelled. The agent used my gift cards so I am not sure what the issue is now. It is a substancial order so I really hope I can get some assistance to get this fixed and get my items which were ordered.

Hi,

Sent a PM but still no answer. At this point I would like to know how I can have some type of refund on the gift cards I received since I missed the sale and have no option it seems to have items shipped to me.

Called the ROUGE support center and was told the address is flagged and I will not be able to ship there even though it is residential and valid. I have no other residential address to use so I am unable to use the gift cards. The guy told me the funds used to purchase the gift cards cannot be refunded so I'm not stuck with gift cards which I cannot use. 

Very poor customer service!
