Order cancelled but money was not refunded

Hello. I placed an order on September 20th, 2022 but I cancelled it because i wanted to add something else on it. I paid it thorugh paypal but I still don't have access to the money from that order because the transaction is "pending" and the "authorization is in progress". 

How long will it take to get the refund back into my account? Thanks.

what about a chase debit card. My kid purchased some things on her debit card and never got her money back. When will she?
