Order cancelled after 13 days of processing

placed four orders during vib sale. The orders processed for 13 days! Then two orders shipped and two orders were canceled due to unsuccessful authorization. Same payment method used for all four orders and all shipping to the same place to me.

Funny thing, they shipped an order I forgot to apply the promo code and canceled one of my big orders for which I used the promo code. Now I have lost my discount after 13 days of waiting and AFTER Black Friday and cyber Monday. Would have just bought else where had I known. Good going Sephora.
