Order cancelled. Unable to confirm payment information

After placing an order, I have got this message "Your Sephora.com order  xxxx has been canceled because we were unable to confirm your payment information."

 

What could be the issue because my card has no issue and I use it regularly on other stores such as Amazon and Ebay? How can I resolve this?
